How can I place an order at Cabin Comfy?
You can easily place an order through our official website by selecting your preferred item, size, and color, and adding it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you’ll be guided through the payment process.
I cannot place an order online. Why?
No worries! You can contact us via our WhatsApp chat or call to place your order instantly on +91 7889289737. Just mention the product you need and provide all the correct shipping information.
The product I want to order is Out of Stock. When it will be available?

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support team at customersupport@cabincomfy.com for assistance. After this window, cancellations or modifications may not be possible as your order will have entered the shipping process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure payment options such as net banking, UPI, and digital wallets like and Paytm. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) fas of yet.
I have received a faulty/ damaged product. What should I do?
Please send an email to customersupport@cabincomfy.com with your order number and photos of the defects. Once we verify the issue, our team will respond with confirmation that your product will be returned to our warehouse, and we’ll send you a replacement.
My order is incorrect/ has a missing item. What should I do?

Shipping & Delivery
Where do we deliver?
We ship and deliver all our orders Pan-India. However, we do not deliver outside India as of now.
Where is my order shipped from?
All our orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre located in Chandigarh
Can I changed my delivery address?
Amendments in the delivery address cannot be modified once the order is confirmed.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges may vary based on product size, packaging, and destination, and all costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Enjoy free shipping when you place an order by signing into your account or creating a new one—it's automatically applied at checkout!
When can I expect my delivery?
We ship all our orders within 24 hours of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping (due to unforseen circumstances) . Kindly, allow us 4-7 working days for your order to be delivered.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date which is provided by our shipping
aggregation service.
Why is my order not shipped after being confirmed?
Due to logistical challenges beyond our control, there may be occasional delays in shipping your order. Rest assured, we are committed to fulfilling all confirmed orders.
Why my order is not delivered?
An order will be marked as "failed" if:
- The address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
- The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
- The premises are locked.
- In the event of natural disasters, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances that prevent delivery.
In such cases, we will notify you and may reschedule the delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
Our Exchange Policy allows for exchanges within 7 days of receiving your product for online orders.
To maintain hygiene standards, all returned items will undergo a Quality Check (QC) by our team before approval. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if:
- The products have been used.
- The items are damaged.
- The products are missing any tags.
After the QC approval, exchanges are only applicable if the size requested is available. If the size requested is not available you will have to go through the return process.
Am I eleigible for an exchange if, I want a different product?
You may request an exchange for the same item/product in a different size or color, as long as it is available and at the same price. However, exchanges for a different style or product are not permitted.
How long does it takes for an exchange to take place?
Once we receive the returned item, you will be informed with a confirmation that we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
Can I return the product for a refund?
- Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow up to 10- 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If your return is rejected (due to signs of use, damage, etc.), the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be provided.
